In addition, we have built a strong reputation for advising senior executives on entry and exit arrangements providing a holistic service, including advising on pensions, shares, share options and tax issues where appropriate.
We offer a partner led service priding ourselves on our speed of delivery. Our focus is on providing solutions for clients in a practical and pragmatic manner. We support our clients by running a series of seminars and workshops throughout the year to ensure they are kept up to date with legislation and case law developments. For example, we can offer a retainer service with fully underwritten legal expenses insurance and/or a fixed cost web-based service via our GateWay website. This provides HR professionals with access via the web to a precedent bank of HR documents and guides, all of which can be downloaded and printed.
