Where does the firm operate?

We are based in the UK where we have seven offices. We also have an office in Dubai in the UAE.

How are the different offices structured?

We are an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) headquartered in Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, which also house our largest offices with over 230 in Birmingham, over 200 in Manchester and 130 people in Edinburgh. We also have around 40 people in each of our Leicester, Nottingham and London offices, around 90 people in Glasgow and 10 in Dubai. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Law Society of Scotland and the Financial Services Authority.

What are the firm's practice areas?

We opearate in all commercial fields, specifically corporate and commercial, real estate and construction, public sector, private client, shipping & transport and dispute resolution and litigation. A full list of our service areas can be found on this website. Supporting the legal departments of the firm are a range of support functions including finance, HR, IT, marketing and admin.
