Expertise

Andrew is a partner and head of our employment department in England. He is a specialist employment lawyer, with a particular focus on contentious work such as reorganisations, redundancies, employment aspects of insolvency, executive severance, employment relations issues and employment tribunal litigation.

Experience

Andrew has over 15 years' experience of acting for a range of organisations from owner managed businesses to major international companies.

His particular strength is his understanding of complex areas of employment law coupled with his ability to assess risk and offer commercially sensible advice in plain English.

Andrew is also very experienced in employment tribunal litigation where he has undertaken his own advocacy at all of the major Tribunal centres throughout England and Wales, often for household name clients in high value cases.

He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and an affiliate of the Institute of Risk Management.
