Acted for Dubai-based free zone company in connection with the provision of mezzanine finance to a UK business.

Acted for a Middle East based shipowner in connection with a US$43 million loan by a European bank specialising in transport and infrastructure financing.

Acted for a Middle East group in connection with the acquisition and reorganisation of a vessel owning company formed in another GCC country.
